Payment Policy

Online Card Payments: We accept all Visa, MasterCard as well as American Express Card using a secured online payment gateway system. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an authentication code (OT Code) to your registered mobile number that confirms the completion of your transaction. Please note that we assure our customers for secure online transactions wherein it is only our internal technology that is privy to your card details. At the same time, we recommend you to please take extra care while making an online payment.

With the superior sophistication of our systems as well as high security standards, we take utmost care to protect your credit card information. At no stage, any of our systems retain your credit card information giving you a private and secured environment while you are shopping online with us.

Upon the non-confirmation of the transaction due to reasons like decline of the card, please provide an alternate payment method within 48 hours from the time of booking; else the booking order is liable to be cancelled.

Online Banking: Online banking is surely one of the fastest ways to transact with us. You can easily transact and book your order using respective bank’s net-banking option and the amount will get auto-debited from your account. Our online payment gateway system will ensure that your transaction goes through safe and secure. Please note that once the payment goes through, you will receive the confirmation in your registered mobile with the authentication code.

You may purchase our product s and services by paying in cash or through Netbanking, credit/debit card.

Transaction Confirmation

Upon receipt of payment through any of the modes, you will receive an authentication code in your registered mobile number and email. This communication received confirms that your order has been booked.

Amendment & Cancellation Policy

For any amendment in your current booking, please call us at our 8860558695 between 09:00AM to 09:00PM (Monday to Saturday). Amendment in your existing booking can only be made till 48 hours prior to your date of travel. 

You may cancel your existing booking 48 hours prior to the date of travel by calling us at 8860558695 between 09:00AM to 09:00PM (Monday to Saturday).

The Airlines service fee with the difference in amount, if any shall also be payable. For cancellation of your existing booking, there will be a charge of Rs. 200 for Domestic and Rs.500 for International Tickets. In case you cancel your booking online. Apart from this, amendment/cancellation charges from the Airlines will be applicable over and above our cancellation fee.  

Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy in case of any amendment/cancellation required. You may be required to contact the nearest airline office to get your reservation cancelled.

Refund upon Cancellation

You are required to send the paper ticket to us at the mentioned address on contact us page.

We commit to process the due refund within 15 days from the date the paper ticket is received by us. For E-tickets as well as payment received through credit/debit card, the refund is processed and returned within 72 hours from the date the cancellation is requested. Payment made using other modes will be refunded in form of a cheque within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of ticket.
