Your personal information is encrypted to protect you against inadvertent disclosure of information to unknown parties.

What all information I need to make a successful online transaction using my credit card?

Our payment portal will ask for points given below 

(It is highly recommended to undisclosed bellow-mentioned credit card details to another person):

*16 Digit Credit Card Number

*Credit Card Expiry Date

*Credit Verification Value (CVV) Number

Where can I see my Card Verification Number (CVV) on my credit card?

It is a 3 digit code at the back of your plastic card highlighted with white background in Visa and MasterCard.

And, it is a 4 digit code on the front side of your plastic card above your card number in American Express cards.

Flight Reservations FAQs:

Will I get any notification once my reservation is booked online?

Once your reservation is booked, you will receive an SMS and email on your registered mobile number as well as email account with MyTrip.

This notification works as a confirmation of your reservation and there is no remaining step to confirm it.

Is there a cancellation policy for flights booked on MyTrip?

Cancellation charges vary from airline to airline.

It is highly recommended to go through the amendment as well as cancellation policy before you book your reservation for any of our products and services.

Please note that over and above the airlines cancellation charges, MyTrip charges Rs. 200 for Domestic Flights and Rs.500 for International Flights as standard cancellation charges for bookings cancelled through our call center.

How do I cancel a flight reservation?

You may cancel your flight bookings made on MyTrip, online or offline.

You need to call our customer support team to cancel flight bookings at   8860558695 between 10:00AM to 7:00PM (Monday to Saturday).

As mentioned above, for cancellations processed through our team, standard cancellations charges of Rs. 200 for Domestic Flights and Rs. 500 for International Flights as standard cancellation charges for booking cancelled through our call center.

Now you can also cancel flights bookings* between 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST (Monday to Saturday) before your departure time.

Airlines like Paramount and Go Air follow their own cancellation rules as well as guidelines.

Hence, checking cancellation charges as well as processing cancellation can only be done by contacting them.

Can I get changes made to my already booked flight reservation?

You will not be able to make any changes to your already booked flight reservation by yourself.

Please call our Number 8860558695 between 9:30AM to 6:30PM (Monday to Saturday). Please note there will be standard amendment charges of Rs. 200 for Domestic Flights and Rs. 500 for International Flights as standard cancellation charges.

Is e-ticket the only document required? How do I get it?

Though, e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is the only document required to show the record of your booking; however, it is mandatory to carry your original photo ID to the Airport as merely an e-ticket will not be sufficient for you to enter airport premises.

E-ticket is usually sent to your registered email address with us. 

Each e-ticket reflects a distinctive confirmation number which you need to present at the airport airline counter when checking in for the flight.

It is upon showing the distinctive confirmation number on your e-ticket which the airline representative will review and hence, issue a boarding pass thereafter.

What if I am not carrying e-ticket at the time of check-in?

Though it is not mandatory to carry an e-ticket, it is highly recommended. If in case you are not carrying it, you can show your original photo-ID at the airport check-in counter of the airline.
